Description
I know a load of Protofans have a rendition of Joe. This is just how I imagine him =3 I purposely made him look a little like Protoman, 'cause I think Light would base him slightly on Joe.
Also, I think he looks slightly like Panther myself xD;
So yeah, here he is. The only editing I did on the computer is remove some of the text, purely because they were English notes, and unrelated xD;

...beeecause the bullet-belt on his pants looks a little off. I think his hair is a little off too...Maybe he should've looked like Mega man, since Light would feel a little guilty sending him off to die and for no reason. Maybe as a tribute to keep the hope from years ago alive in some small way. The hair is close, but I just can't get over that spiky part. The outfit is more or less great though, nitpicks aside.
Also on the helmet, the mouth-part should be ditched since...well, Sniper Joe helmets never had mouths and this is a silent killer anyway. Maybe you should do a dramatic couple faces, showing Joe with and without his OWN helmet (The motorcycle one he would wear).
