Protomen: Younger Wily

This is probably very different from how most people see Wily at the beginning of Act 2... but 'tis just how I've always seen him xD;

I like the idea that he's already starting to go bald by this point, hence why his hairline is actually so far back... he tries to cover it at first, but eventually gives up and just slicks it back by the time we reach "The Hounds" xD;

I also like the thought that he tries to grow a beard, but is unable to grow anymore than a goatee and a mustache... so he shaves just before the Hounds, again... then regrows the mustache >.>

Also, pink shirt. From the cartoon. Very manly, Wily xD
